INVESTIGATE CORRUPTION IN POLICE DEPT IN CLEBURNE TEXAS

We the People come before you undersigned in this petition to declare corruption going on within city, county and state law enforcement agencies across the country. Just recently Cleburne Texas Police Officer Kevin Dupre has been cleared in the shooting and killing of a 6 month old dog named Maximus. After obtaining actual video footage of the police body cam worn by Officer Dupre at the time of the shooting (obtained in a FOIA), it has been publicly viewed as an Act of Animal Cruelty and a clear Violation of Constitutional Rights of the Citizens of the United States of America. There has been a felony crime committed and it clearly shows in the video of this shooting incident. The citizens of the United States of America are shocked and outraged at small town Cleburne and its city and county officials. These officials are turning their heads to crimes being committed by their law enforcement officers and making a mockery of the people of this country.

We the People declare that the corruption is only escalating by allowing the law enforcement agencies who are breaking the laws to fully investigate themselves and avoid embarrassment and accountability. Officer Dupre has been noted as being a repeat offender (at least 4 dogs) of Animal Abuse, a fact that is now an interest to the Federal Bureau of Investigations regarding serial offenders. Officers of this department and their family members have taunted and threatened the citizens of the US who were in full support of the termination of Officer Dupre. These threats were publicly issued on social media. But, We the People of the United States are coming together as a Nation to declare that what has gone on in Cleburne Texas is going on in other cities and states throughout the country. We the People will not be silenced any longer. This militarized police corruption should cease, laws will be enforced and those committing these crimes against its citizens must be held accountable.

It is Time, the Time is Now and as a United States Citizen I will not remain silent, I will stand up as a People and demand justice in all and any case of police corruption in my city, my state or my country. We the People, the undersigned attest to our demands and expect immediate action in this cause.
