STOP PUPPY MILL SUFFERING. CLOSE FOUR PAWS & A TAIL

Four Paws and a Tail is a pet store located in the Northtown Mall, Blaine, MN.
There are dozens of glass aquariums filled with adorable puppies of all kinds of breeds, both legit (like German Shepherds) to the new fad fake mix breeds like Sharp-eagles etc...
The puppies are 4-6 per 100 gal aquarium approx size. There is shredded paper over a rubber mesh mat, and two large ceramic bowls (always empty). No toys.
Four paws claim they do not buy from puppy mills. This is only half true.
The buy from persons with paper work stating they are breeders, these people are the ones buying from the mills who then sell to Four Paws. That's the loop hole.
Even if the puppies were not a product of pain, suffering, ill health, and misery, their lives in Four Paws is anything but pleasent.
No toys, no exercise, little contact with people apart from the occasional cuddle with a potential buyer, the bowls are almost always empty of food and water.
I personally stopped in there on April 18th 2014, and asked a female worker there if she could please fill the water dishes. (There was a shitzu pup who was clearly thirsty and licking the glass for the condensation.)
Her reply was staggering: "Oh I know, they're on a schedule."....A schedule?!!...Water is not an activity! Who puts puppies on a water schedule?!!!!
I have also made several attempt to contact the Mall and the owner of Four Paws but no one is willing to answer my calls or emails....Shocking, no?..
I digress: The point to this petition is to stop Four Paws from dealing live animals. There are so many unwanted animals, including puppies, in shelters all over the country, they deserve the homes these poor mill pups are going to.
By stopping pet stores who deal in puppies, you will stop the puppy mills and end the suffering once and for all.
I also urge you to email and call (be polite) the mall requesting Four Paws not be a part of the Blaine community, and also call Four Paws and ask questions about the conditions, background and history of the breeders, I assure you their answers will be weak and inconsitant.

Dear Northtown Mall,
We the under signed demand you close your vendor, "Four Paws and a Tail".
We do not condone the sale of live animals in this manner.
The conditions they are kept in are unnacceptable, and we are ashamed that Northtown Mall is affiliated with puppy mills, and all the unnecessary suffering that they cause.
There are hundreds of thousands of homeless animals all across the country that could benefit in place of these poor over bred pups displayed in your mall.
Please remove Four Paws & a tail, or at least prevent them from bringing more unwanted and mistreated animals into your establishment.
