Nuisance Illegal Apartment

The nuisance apartments at 2031 Ealer Avenue are illegal as the house is deeded a single family dwelling and the owner, Mahmoud Darwish is using it as a 2 family dwelling. Since there has been nothing but issues with his tenants, this entire block wants it turned back into a single family dwelling with 1 living unit
