Ripped/tattered jeans dress code

Some of the schools in the Gilbert school district have an absurd dress code that says the students are not allowed to wear ripped or tattered jeans/shorts. My goal of this petition is to change the rules of my school and other schools in the district. Today all of the girls at my school wore ripped jeans to protest the rule and the administration gave us all referrals, made us change, then took searched out backpacks and took our pants so we couldn't change back into them.
