Removal of all illegal gambling facilities (game rooms)

Under the Penal Code Title 10. Offense Against Public Health, Safety, and Morale Chapter 47 Gambling Sec. 47.04 Keeping a gambling Place (a) A person commits an offense if he knowingly uses or permits another to use as a gambling place any real estate, building, room, tent, vehicle, boat, or other property whatsoever owned by him or under his control, or rents or lets an such property with a view or expectation that it be so used.  And a direct quote from Jo Ann Ehmann, part-time bookkeeper of Gregory, "Of course the machines are illegal, as I understand it" http://lubbockonline.com/filed-online/2012-09-09/some-rural-texas-governments-betting-8-liners#.U5S3ndAo6UK Some rural Texas governments betting on 8-liners, gameroom machines.  The point to the issue is that gambling is illegal no matter how it's viewed; cash, prizes, gift cards, or cash cards. My resolution is to return family amusement to help with bringing in outside visitors and open up new and up to date employment such as an internet cafe that could be used for education, or entertainment.
