Existing PICTURE WINDOWS should be replicated for the new window installation project.

PICTURE WINDOWS are a selling feature. Large glass panes offer an unobstructed view and are more energy efficient than the small snap grid framed glass panes installed for the mock up in the Superintendant's unit. They are low-cost windows that are not durable, easily broken and have bad thermal resistance.
