Great Eastern Energy Corporation Ltd (GEECL,Plans To Extract coal-bed methane using environmentally destructive method of Hydraulic Fracturing ,This project will lead to a huge groundwater depletion in the Kaveri Delt ,a major Rice cultivating area of Tamil Nadu (India).This Project will have hazardous Permanent effects on the land and the farmers of Tamilnadu(India)
