National Database Which Labels & Bans Offensive Flags & Symbols

This petition is to create a National Database which lists and outlaws flags and symbols that are considered offensive and promote hate or hostility toward a group of people, from being visible to the public. The public will decide which flags and symbols are considered offensive, by means of voting or some other fair and representative process to ensure all nationalities, religions, faiths, sexual orientations, and protected groups are equally involved.

Even further, we would like to present to everyone, the lawful right to dispose of or destroy any flag that is listed in the National Database as being offensive, if it is visible to the public.
