Compensate Tenured Employees

As Sheetz emplyees, we deserve compensation based on tenure and performance. A raise cap of $11.65 after three years is disheartening to steadfast employees, especially when annual performance evaluations state that the employee is working above industry standards. A $15.00 Christmas bonus is hardly compensatory for having to work all major holidays with varying scheduled hours.

As tenured Sheetz employees, we feel both the need and the right for montary compensation beyond the scope of $0.80 per hour annualy for three years for the followng reasons:

  • Working long, vaired shifts
  • Working all major holidays
  • Working in unsafe/unsanitary conditions
  • Working during national emergencies/not being able to close the store
  • Being on the Front Lines to keep bringing our Guests back to the store

     We ask for this to continue cultivating our passion for what is ultimately going to put Sheetz, as we know it today, out of business! Our guests! We want incentive to strive harder for what Sheetz employees do everyday; To serve our Guests with great honor and pleasure.
