Cody Alexander Mann Must Pay For His Horrible Crime Of Animal Abuse

Cody Alexander Mann comitted the unspeakable act of skinning & baking his family cat then planning to eat it! He saw nothing wrong with this & has a history of mental illness & drug abuse.He must never be allowed to enter society again.He should be locked up in prison or a mental institute for the remainder of his life.Don't let this horrible crime go unpunished!

Torturing & killing an animal is no different than if it was done to a person.Many people who start out abusing animals  will do the same to a woman or child.Don't let Cody Alexander Mann's horrible crime go unpunished.He is a very sick & evil man who should never be allowed out in society again.
