Help stop animal abuse by passing a law that all dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered.

Everyday thousands of innocent dogs and cats are torchered and abused. Shelters are euthanizing thousands of dogs and cats daily. Dogs are taken from shelters daily in order to use them as bait dogs in pit bull fights. This has to stop. If all dogs and cats are spayed and neutered (with the exception of honest breeders (NO PUPPY MILLS) and those who have show dogs,  eventually there will be no animals burned alive, thrown out of moving cars, tied up like the poor baby in the picture etc, etc.  Please help stop the abuse by siging this petition in hope to protect our precious 4 legged friends. We are their voice.
