STOP POOR POLICY BASED AND INHUMANE COUGAR SNARING ON OUR NM PUBLIC LANDS

Governor Susana Martinez and the NM Game and Fish Commissioners:

There is little or no public support for your arcane, inhumane and gothic policy of snaring cougars on our public lands. In fact, there is a rising tide of anger and disagreement ( Stop inhumane and uneducated COUGAR SNARING ) against a seeming very poor and unfounded policy.

Evidently, there has been no new cougar biology or population information in the last couplemof years, so you are all throwing in for unknown reasons.

Even so, the use of Snares is indisciminate, gothic and inhumane and must be stopped. It kills dogs, wolves, coyotes, deer, bear, raccoon, bobcat, lynx, skunk, otter, wolverine, birds, amongst many others and even domestic cats.

You must act now to STOP this CRUEL SNARING of COUGARS on our lands.
