Restore Death Penalty for Murder in U.K.

Murders in Britain are rampant, out of control BUT UNDER-REPORTED, indeed, figures are SUPPRESSED.
Before 1964's Abolition of Hanging there were always only around 300 murders a year; but in 2014 there are more than 9,000. So every year 7,300 extra persons are killed. Worse, today it's double this figure.
