Build a pedestrian bridge over HWY 421 to Campbell campus!

Students crossing highway 421 to get from parking lot Y to campus has always been an extreme hazard. The speed limit drops from 55 to 45 but thats not enough. Cars still travel too fast though the area and visibility is not always the greatest. A traffic light would inconvience both drivers and students needing to cross. The proper choice would be to build a pedestrian bridge so students can safely cross the road. This April, a student was tragically hit by a vehicle. Enough is enough! Lets make Campbell finally do what should have been done years ago!
