*Although recent news says he is alive and well, justice needs to be done so that Jericho and all other lions will not have any more risk of being shot and possibly being killed*
After the callous shooting of famous Cecil the Lion in Zimbabwe, his brother Jericho was next in line to look after his pride, including the cubs. Now it seems that Jericho has been shot by another poacher and justice NEEDS to be done to save lions in Africa. Oxford University were tracking Cecil to study the needs for the conservation of lions,and although Jericho is still alive but Cecil is not, awareness for the protection of these beautiful creatures needs to be shared all over the world. Poachers who end the lives of animals that have caused them no harm are cowards, and their actions need to be brought to the public's attention so that they are the ones who are punished and not these innocent animals.
