In the time of our stay at the apartment of Mission Madison they have failed to perform proper duties to repair and solve maintaince issues. The complex has lack of help and from this result the people are not getting the proper services. As we rent we have to wait for along time for services or for things to be repaired. There is mold and meldew on the windows and other area of the apartments. The airconditioning unit it rusty,dutsty,want cut off when it is suppose to. The entery door to the apartment get stucks and it causes breathing promblems. The grounds are not kept clean and there are pot holds in the driving area of the complex. It has cock roaches, snails, spiders crawling through the cracks of the apartment. There are leaks and water problems. At night the lighting is bad the place is mostly dark. It is very clear that these owner don't care low income people. They will evict us if we do not pay them rent, but will not give proper services to us as people. Some of us feel trapped. We worry about being homeless, loosing our Section A certificate, and do realize finding somewhere else to live may be hard.
