Help Bring Jackson Back Home!

Jackson is a happy, friendly 6 month old pit bull terrier. He has a tendency of getting out of the yard, but on his last (very short) venture outside the gate, while I was carrying in groceries... he was taken by the animal control department of Tulare County. Because he was running around at large (for a mere 2 minutes) he was taken, which is the right of the county to do. What is not right, is that he is to be euthanized.
The County of Tulare, along with an unfriendly neighbor that doesn't see eye to eye with Jackson and I have attempted to deem him a vicious animal that is unfit to be around children.
Jackson has spent his whole life around children due to my profession as a licensed child care provider, he loves children. His size and stature are a definite factor as to why a child could be scared of him, but he has never attempted to hurt a child.
Because of the nature of the dogs in the area, we believe it is either a mistake of identity and Jackson is innocent (there are several menacing dogs at large in the area) or a fabricated story.

Jackson is my baby, I love him and in turn he protects and loves everyone in the home (especially the 3 children that live with him). I need the help of the public to petition against him being euthanized.
In return, I have enrolled Jackson in Dog Behavior Training and have made adjustments to fencing and gates, so the neighborhood can rest knowing he shall be kept on his own property.
I need my baby back, he means the world to me. Please sign and help Jackson and I.
