Some police man have joined the police force for the wrong reason,and need to be elliminated.

  • recipient: The police man should be charged for cruelty towards animals and distress caused to the dogs owner
It should never happen again...It happened in the past too many times...Police should be trained how to deal with animals....We do not need such Idiots in the police force.
