The Plight of the Jamaican Yellow Yam

I've been noticing a disturbing trend in our local grocers. The Jamaican Yellow Yam is being consistently replaced with a babylon yam. This is simply no good for the aspiring cook, housewise or American family. Band together as we march against false advertisement and secure the right position of our Jamaican Yellow Yams.
