Why? Not because Im a crazed homophobe, but because Im so irritated by my food telling me what I should believe.
Mr Heaven also warned that people were likely to be unimpressed by “ice cream that says, buy me, or youre a bigot.
Apple-y Ever After will only be available in selected scoop shops. It will not be sold in pint size tubs.

Dear Ben and Jerry's
We the signed are deeply dismayed at the events going on surrounding Ben and Jerry's over the past month, and the message of intolerance aimed at those who hold to the view that marriage is between one man and one woman even those who are not religious. First came word that you were supporting the redefinition of marriage as a political move that undermines those that do not wish to have marriage redefined by doing so you are denying the legitimate definition of marriage and is a risk to Families with Children, as Advocates for Marriage we would like you to retract your support and mockery of marriage as you clearly mean to offend those who do not share your views as being "bigots".
Should this be passed people who wish to have a family cannot do this in the context of Mother or Father.
Both of these actions are offensive, intolerant, and completely contrary to the values of loving your neighbor, showing respect for all, and welcoming all to the table. There are even religiously-affiliated schools that do not approve whom your ice scream attracts the attention of children, this does not mean these are places where intolerance toward gays and lesbians thrives.
The reputation of Ben and Jerry's has decreased in our eyes, and we are saddened at your publicity stunt as you seem willing to tolerate those without judgment who have a marital disposition on how you contextualize marriage, in doing this you are all too eager to create a climate of intolerance and discrimination to those hold to a traditional view.
This is why we urge you (Ben and Jerry) to drop your mockery of marriage and retract your bigotry statement on those who do not hold to your view point, and to enact your non-discrimination policy for those who may be indifferent to you on this and to protect the freedom of expression/free speech to give room for disagreement and also protect those employees from being fired because of they also do hold to the sexual orientation views. These aren't radical requests. People who sign this does not want to see their "values" become synonymous with bigotry.
Until such a time this word wide Boycott will not be lifted.
Thank you for your time.
