This Peruvian sicko was filmed chocking cat to death! Demand tougher laws against cruelty!

Tadashi Shimabukuro, from San Borja district, in Peru’s capital, Lima, was filmed chocking this cat to death. The outcome of this case is appalling as the man got away with just a 7, 600 soles fine (about $2, 700). This is unacceptable! Punish him now to the fullest extent of the law!
