Demand: Let family sign drug addicted love ones in Rehabilitation; funded by State/Governor

I am experiencing the effect of how drugs tear families apart. This may leave children to raise themselves or placed in the hands of others they meet and calls them their family. While some or placed with the State if there is no family are any family that will take them. This is definitely extra trauma on a child; and some grows up bitter from lack of love and affection from parents, which many ends up using and/or selling drugs or on alcohol. Many of these children ends up in juvenile while some continues with crimes and lands in the State or Federal Penitentiary or killed if no one help get them on the right track in life with educational values. Many adults that or on drugs and lose their children falls deeper into that dark world trying to erase their pain from the loss of their family and they're unable to reach reality from the abuse and neglect they brought upon self and family. My grand-daughter who is addicted to Heroin, she was turn on to it by a male who got her hook that way she supplied his habit. I was able to get her son though the State from him being abused also by mom and her friends. When a parent is on drugs or alcohol; and a child is taken by the State that parent shouldn't have the same case worker as the child. The reason is some CPS workers promise parent that they will see that their child is return to them; that's when manipulation is used by the CPS worker who wants something from the parent(s) and when parent(s) agreed and things do not fall in parent(s) favor, the parent(s) will engage deeper with the use of the drugs from their pain of losing their children. The child will remain with the State from the CPS having to cover their misuse of authority. The parent needs to be placed in rehabilitation for those eleven months to get clean rather than allowing him/her to do it on their own in order to get their family back. They're males and females strung out and they're misusing their bodies by prostituting to support their habits; contracting and spreading diseases passing it on to their new born babies; which some are born with intellectual developmental disabilities and more. The children over 17 years old and parents needs to be committed in rehabilitation; for we that loves them knows it's only talk from them; and that the drugs or alcohol has the control over them. I am asking that we sign this petition giving us the Power of Authority to sign our families into a Rehabilitation Center and their treatments is funded by the State/Governor. The drugs will never be stopped but we can start opening the doors and bringing back out recovering user's to start a fresh life; and hopefully some families can be reunified depends upon why children were removed. Although there may be some form of contact for others and that depends on their situation. This is a great way to Make America Great Again, and that's by grabbing this drug epidemic from history root of When, Why, What was the reason? Where is it that they distribute the Heroin and (Was it meant to destroy African American Families?) Many ask if Narcan (Naloxone) meant for saving the lives of Blacks, because when it was spoken how many middle and upper class whites were on the same drugs whites pictures and stories were aired. But the good news is this petition is about all lives matter regardless of their race are what their forefathers and their family members have done out of hatred because of the color of a person skin. People let stop waiting on tragedy to happen in our families before we take action and there is no need to be embarrassed about having a love one on drugs or alcohol because every family have someone with those issues.
