Stop Animal Cruelty Now!!!!!!

People kill and hurt animals and don't even care. They live on without any guilt happily. This has to change. People should not harm animals in the first place and if they do they have to pay for it. The shelters get over 100 road accident/abuse/abandonment cases each day.
According to statistics only 5% of animal lovers in the world I am in it if you are too then sign this petition.
