Demand an end to the cruelty in Romania.

On 21st March 2014  NINETY dogs were dragged from a safe rescue in Bragiduru Romania.  These dogs were all vaccinated, tagged and some were still under anaesthetic from having neutering surgery that very day.  Some of the anaethetised dogs died.  Others were dragged bleeding into a number of vans.  The volunteers who had cared for the animals could do nothing but film the event.  Most of these dogs had allocated homes in the UK but this made no difference to the men who came to 'dog-catch' and treat these innocent animals with such contempt.

The Government of Romania need to learn that people will not accept their cruelty to companion animals.  These were not strays on the streets, they were rescued animals being cared for and looking for new homes.  Romania should hand its head in shame at the way they treat their animals.
