Required Spay and Neuter of all Pets in all 50 US States

- With 3 to 4 million animals euthanized in American animal shelters every year, mandatory spay and neuter laws need to be implemented in each state at the local level. All shelters need to provide this service to all animals in their care before being placed up for adoption. Low cost services need to be available for everyone, and educational awareness of the importance of this simple procedure for pets. All adoptable pets must be spayed/neutered before being put up for adoption through shelters. In turn we will be saving lives of countless innocent animals. All citizens will be required to have their pets spayed/neutered or they will be charged with a fine. Revenue collected from these fines will be used to help shelters support the animals in their care. If pet owning families are in financial need, low cost/free options and assistance will be made available to them. Spaying and Neutering saves lives!! With this in place, there will be less animals put into shelters each day, in turn reducing the amount of unncecessary euthanasia of perfectly healthy adoptable animals. In ALL 50 states this will become the highest priority for animal welfare.
