Job security in working enviroment

Too much self motivnation in the working enviroment with no expertise in education  ,   lost self respect instead to build up on ccarrer in private agency which took place on  the ranking economic target , with a lot of individualism exclusive idea, unusual environment caused others to be evil spirit to make mistake cause self protection,  action awareness mentally harassed delibrate to victim,    don't show a good idea can self develope for future...and complicated ...
