Mothers should be able to move without fathers permission

The reason why I'm writing this petition is because I would like for the world to understand that some rights as a mother are unfair especially when it comes to the child's biological father. Yes we understand that fathers has right its ok, but I feel that when the mother marrys and starting a new family the father should not be in the way especially if the women is moving. I'm marrying and man in the military (army) and I been taking care of my daughter sense birth she 8 now. I was 17 when I had her in Tennessee and moved back to Illinois and have been here for 8 years. My child's father tried to move here and work things out but he decided to leave and start another family. I feel now that I'm getting married and my soon to be husband has orders to Germany me and my daughter should be able to leave with no questions asked and no permission. The reason this petition is to let the law makers change something only if women are in this situation what women wants to be apart from her child because of the father not wanting his child to leave especially if the father does not see or communicates with the child. I want this petition signed because I wanted women who are remarrying or getting married for the first time and have children with ex should be able to live and move comfortably without having to beg for permission of the father. Its not fair to the new families that are being create and it causes emotional stress to the children. PLEASE SIGN AND TAKE A STAND.
