This petition was created because my ex wife was arrested for abusing my daughter and the dcs agency are also treating me like a criminal as if i commited the crime. This is a violation of my parental and human rights to keep my daughter from me. The dcs agency of Arizona defamed my character slandered my name, illegally kidnapped my daughter by filing false information on legal binding contracts about her and myself they refused to give me information regarding my daughter and made a very feeble and unprofessional attempt to call me and placed my daughter in non custodial care where she was abused and smothere'd with a pillow then family other then me had to get her out cause they said I no longer have legal rights to her and I don't decide what's in her best interest after my daughter was abused in their care, but I wasn't at fault and I didn't commit any crimes and they are refusing to hand my daughter over without prejudice. This started in Sept 15th 2014 and has continued till now March 29th 2015. Please help me get my baby girl away from this corrupt agency. My lawyer is so swamped with work he can't ever provide me with council till my court dates and need my daughter back home today! Please help!
