The gas prices have risen enough

I have watched the gas prices rise to a staggering amount today. It happened in literally one night where I live. I live in Western Massachusetts, the gas prices one night ago was $3.11 and now it is $3.26. I have heard the prices are going to go up even further by the time summer comes around. I have had enough of these prices as I am sure everyone has. The oil companies spend pennies compared to what we pay for our gasoline. I wish we could break our dependence on gas, but i do not see that happening. I urge everyone please help me with this petition. The more aware they are the better our chances are. If Egypt and Lebanon are trying to change I say we step up and try to as well. I'm not saying rioting in the street, but something does need to change I hope our voices can be heard.
Hello, Mr. president, Mr. Vice President, Mr. Speaker of the house, and Mr. Chief Justice. I did this petition to bring the issue of the constant gas prices always being risen. I have witnessed this for a very long time. I'm curious as to why they keep rising. The barrels are cheaper than they were before. I understand how businesses are run. To drain the consumer of all of their earnings isn't very wise business practice. I'm wondering why is the government not doing a thing to help us patrons out. I have seen the limits you have put on credit cards among other things. So it is hard for me to understand why are we paying so much for gasoline. I understand it is a withering resource. If we could use alternate fuel that would be excellent. As it stands right now everyone except the 10% of The United States of America is in depression. The state of the economy has definitely improved, but not enough for the gas prices the way they are. I plead with you gentlemen, please put limits on the gas prices. I know it is not easy, but something has to be done or we are.
