STOP THE OVER BUILDING IN LONG BEACH

Stop the overbuilding in Long Beach.  We don't want a 40 unit 6 story building to be built at the site of the SUNRISE CENTER, 300 block of Park Ave.

We the undersigned want to stop the over building in Long Beach, NY.  We are against the variance request to allow the Sunrise Center on the 300 block of Park Ave to become a 40 unit 6 story condo.
