Willie Martinez has, for the past few years, the worst game plans against top opponents.  Whether its rushing 3 or 4 linemen, not blitzing, covering a wide receiver with a linebacker, or general lack of preparedness.  He does not, and cannot make in game adjustments to stop the opponent.  As witnessed by thousands in the game against Alabama, he had no idea how to stop the Tide offense.  This has been an ongoing problem since his taking over as defensive coordinator after Brian Van Gorder left.  He needs to go!!!
