FREE Richard Singletary

Richard was tricked into a confession and given the entire 'weight' of a triple homicide case when it was brought out and clarified during the trial that his CO-DEFENDANT (Anthony Harrison) admitted to MANY incriminating issues, including and not limited to admitting to  committing robbery after the murders and lying about playing a electronic game at the location 'during' the murders and Richard's co-defendant (Anthony), by one of the victim's relatives own admission, admitted to being the only one present in the room and heard and admitted to hearing one of the victim's last words "oh no", which was an admission to his lies of having 'ringing' in his ears and 'could hardly hear' & not committing murder.  Which not only, places him in the rooms, PRIOR to each of the murders and during the murders, but makes Richard's co-defendent a prime suspect.  However, Judge Hughes refused to accept these facts, insisted that the jury charge one person.  Richard stated during the trial AND his lawyer was ABLE TO PROVE that there was SOME coersion on the part of the Phila. Homicide Division.  Even to the point of 'MIS-WRITING' portions of what they said was Richard's confession.  Judge Hughes instructed the jury to overlook these and DID NOT allow the ENTIRE AND COMPLETE statments from Richard or his co-defendant, Anthony, to be read or reviewed during the trial.  The pre-trial Judge over-ruled the use of the video tape (because of the legal ramiphacations of using it during the trial), Judge Hughes had the tape 'chopped & screwed', therefore pointing fingers at one defendent and NOT GIVING THE JURY OR WITNESSES during the trial the TRUE just of the corruption of the homicide div. of the Phila. Police.   The co-defendent "bragged" about the murders and was observed with the murder weapon on the eve after the murders and the next day, as was brought out during the trial.  The 'so-called' third party (post-homicide) witnesses, who took the witness stand during the trial, were two 'friends' of the co-defendent, Anthony Harrison.  He was introduced to Richard by one of the witnesses, months prior and frequented the other witness' home (notably even stayed over the night at their homes).  However, instructed by Judge Hughes, the jury let the co-defendent go home.  All this has forced a young man to be torn from his family, placed in an unsafe, unprotected situations.  Allowed for violation and intended disregard for his human rights.  Judge Hughes has allowed the true murderer to go free, (robbing and stealing in various neighborhoods in Phila), although according to US LAW "conspiracy carries the same weight as the crime".   Judge Hughes has disregarded the LAW for her own sanitity.  It was easier for her to force the conviction of one and free one than to REALLY try to find the real murderer or convict the two.   Because Judge Hughes saw fit to let the co-defendent go free, JUSTICE for Richard should be likewise, as RICHARD SINGLETARY was NOT the MURDERER.  He deserves the same type of 'justice' that Judge Hughes gave to the guilty co-defendent.  The cohereced confession is what Judge Hughes and homicide had against Richard.  During the trial, no DNA or finger-printing can place Richard in the house.  Anthony's (the co-defendent) finger prints are in several rooms of the house. (ANOTHER LIE that Judge Hughes instructed the jury to over-look).   The co-defendent HAD POSSESSION of the murder weapon and got rid of it (as was brought out during the trial by a female that he was trying to date).  The D.A. said "money/theft" was the motive.  The co-defendent spent monies that he had stolen from house, was caught selling one of the murdered victims cell phones as was brought out during the trial.  Richard, however,  HAD A JOB, working at one of the area Target stores and had documented overtime on schedule.  Anthony, the co-defendent did not!  Richard took the stand to answer and bring out the truth, having NOTHING TO HIDE, however, Anthony did not, he 'plead the fifth admendment rights' as he was the first of the two that the police arrested.  In fact, the Judge knows that Anthony even threatened Richard during the trial, (meeting with both the D.A. and lawyers in her chambers) all she did is gave Harrison a verbal beating that went UNREPORTED to the victims' family or to the public.  Harrison's demeanor was uninterested and distant during the trial, he even was told by the Judge, once, "to sit up".   DON'T let another INNOCENT man stay in jail for what WAS easy for the SYSTEM/JUDGE.  INSIST that Judge Hughes accept Richard's appeals....INSIST that the Supreme Courts OVER-RULES Judge Hughes' conviction of Richard and FREE him.  The continued DISREGARD and DISRESPECT of the TRUTH, JUSTICE, CIVIL RIGHTS AND HUMAN RIGHTS must not continue.  The courts MUST place stipulations on police interrogations and investigate and discipline situations of 'forced confessions/coersions'.
