Almost everyone in Chubut agrees that animal pain and suffering should be reduced as much as possible; however they are still dying and suffering cruelty.

Chubut needs to modernize the animal cruelty provisions in the Criminal Code, close the loopholes and effectively protect all animals from acts of cruelty.
Dear Governor:
I am writing to urge your government to end cruelty and killing pets in State Kennels.
Government must implement massive and free neutering to stop the increase in abandoned animals.
The killing and locking dogs and cats in shelters only help to increase the suffering of them and issue a discriminatory message to other animal species, which should have the right to be free as human beings.
