It's absurd how one "complaint" can justify this. Unfounded without evidence! Just because Bentley is a pit bull is no reason for ANYONE to discriminate. It's funny how we don't tolerate racism in humans, but it is enforced with animals. Please save Bentley!!!

If Bentley is well trained and haven't done anything wrong and has been wrongfully accused by ignorant people, then there is no justification for removing him from his owner and deffinately not for killing him. Dogs like the pitbull, have been given a bad rap due to some peoples lack of knowledge, as to how they should be trained. The dogs are not agressive by nature, it is the owners who are to blame. A test should be given to people, before alowing them to own these big dogs, because some are not mature or responcible enough, to care for a dog like this..

How can animal control enter someone's house, without a search warrant, and confiscate BOTH dogs when only one dog has been accused (without proof) of anything? ANd then hold the dog for a month after telling the owners they would bring them right back? This is unconstitutional illegal seizure. Furthermore, escaping the owner's yard--even if Bentley did-- isn't a sin punishable by death. Did he bite anyone? Bentley is suffering from the stigma of being a pit bull. Shame on the AC for doing this. Shame on the neighbor who falsely accused Bentley. Give Bentley back to his loving family. Punish the neighbor for slander and harassment.

Recentley, my dog Mickey was taken from my house under false accusation from a second oppinion vet. After charges was disposed, and the vet was odered to return my dog,I still haven"t been able to see my dog.I have looked for help with no success.I believe they killed my dog but its hard for me to find out.Im with you good luck
