I have been infatuated with whales since i was a kid.Something needs to be done now to save them! They are suffering and being tortured it is the worst thing i have seen in my life! I hate whaling it should be outlawed no negotiations we cannot trust them and their ways will never change we must enter fear on them who kill our beautiful creatures of our seas. What does it take to stop this someone with power needs to step in i can't believe it hasn't already happeaned it is ridiculous! Lets help the whales we must help them we are their only chance......

It disgust me that people think they have the right to torture and kill creatures that have done nothing wrong. The torture these whales go through is unnecesseary and barbaric.I have no respect for the people responsible. There is no excuse in my books.

I was on Moreton Island, Australia in October 2008.My daughter and I and a handful of other fortunate people were overjoyed to witness(personally for the first time)the last of the humpback whale migration. Every time one of the two whales breached, there was an eruption of excited squeals from where we stood on the jetty.A stark contrast to the overwhelming feeling of sadness felt when walking through the thankfully now abandonded whaling station on the island. A feeling of grief and tragedy that cannot even be overcome by the sight of children playing basketball in there, grips you as you enter this terrible structure. It is a monument to what should never be allowed to happen again. Please Japan don't deprive us of our "excited squeals"....leave the whales alone.

It is time to stop the Japanese Whaling operation.. They should have killed enough whales for "Research" by now. They have many years supply of meat in their freezers. I will boycott all Japanese products. I will support any means to stop the Killing including SSCS!

This really needs to be stopped, whales are gentle giants and should not be targeted. The Japanese must stop this.

The cruel, inhumane slaughter of these defensless, innocent creatures must stop. I have boycotted all Japanese products for myself & my family and will do so for the rest of my life or until the Japanese cease whaling and the heartwrenching practice of dolphin slaughtering.

GreenPeace stopped the December slaughter..but THEY will be back! We must stop this killing somehow. Please stop buying anything from Japan. It isn't easy, because so much of what we "think" we need to live has a "componant" from Japan in it...but do the best you can. When you have the opportunity to refuse a japanese product...write and let them KNOW you did..and PASS this info along. Read what other people say..You can use some for there are great ideas...IF you have a page on Care2...leave your URL.. If you Do NOT have one..MAKE one. We can help IF we work as one!there may be 6 million of us but we are not "together"... http://my.care2.com/bendi02
