Stand Up To Florida's Unfair Judicial Practices

I am attempting to get enough signatures,to make the federal government stand up and take notice,of the unfairness,and injustices that the state of Florida's judicial system puts on the people unfortunate enough,to have been victims of. This state has the court system set up,to do two things,and neither,are what it should be used for.Number one,is making the powers that be,look like heros,like they are fighting the good fight,and putting "dangerous" criminals away.Number two,to MAKE MONEY.That's what is of paramount importance here.Money. I am looking for people,who genuinely,have been wronged,and steam-rolled,by the circuit court here. Those who have ,unfortunately,had to use a public defender,to represent them. I am talking to people,who's counsel,screwed up their points,and ended up with more time than they deserved,and the judge didn't want to hear it,when the sentence was appealed. A teen,who,when he was 17,and his girlfriend was 16,it was OK.The minute he turned 18,and her parents developed a problem with him,now the same girl he's been sleeping with for the duration,has now made him a sex offender. The people who had the state's attorney's office threaten them,when they tried to fight their case,instead of just taking a plea deal. ANYONE who was legitimately screwed by this state,sign this,so that,in numbers,we might be able to reverse our past,and recoup,what's left of our lives. I know what I saw,when I was incarcerated,and I know ALOT of it,was wrong. Step kids who made up stories to get the step parent out of their way. The soon to be ex-wife,who is going to punish the husband for,what she feels,he's wrongly done to her. The cops who are only interested,in making themselves look good,and making this state money,by locking people up,with little to no evidence,then threatening people into saying what needs to be said,for the state's case. We all know someone,who has been given the shaft,at the hands of the mickey mouse,joke that passes for circuit court in this state. Let's try to set things right.Let's bring rights back to the accused,because as far as I can see,you lose all of them,the instant the cuffs are put on.Also,it seems,you are guilty,until you prove beyond the shadow of a doubt,that you arent.....sounds a little BACKWARDS TO ME!!!!!
