I submitted Obama's Mortgage Modification Plan, after submitting Chase's Application for Mortgage Modification to not hear back even one word from either one. I am now in Foreclosure with a Sale Date of 11/09/2009 on our Home, with a $18,000.00 Reinstatement Fee, and I am trying still to get a Modification on my Loan to Stop this Foreclosure! I don't know at this time what I am going to do, except I was just told for my Attorney to write a Letter to the Lender, which I am wondering why my Attorney had not done this already! It almost makes me feel like my Attorney and the Lender are in my Foreclosure together and that I have no one to help us whatsoever.

Countrywide/Bank of America refused to help us modify our mortgage when my husband was laid off. We owed 400,000. After 18 mo they foreclosed, painted the place and added new appliances and then put it on the market for 157,900. WTH???

the forclosures are destroying our economy, devastating our neighborhoods, and ripping families apart. The banks are profiting from the pain and misery of the american people by stealing the american dream of homeownership during a time when people are losing their jobs and their sense of dignity. the foreclosures must stop immediatly!

We cannot have the nation's homeless population increased by families with small children.
