Texas State rights

This is about the right of the state to drill for oil, refine oil and to sell the fuel without any Federal government getting involved in the process. This would keep the Feds from putting any tax on the fuel. This can work only if we did not sell any of the fuel outside of our state. I believe this is another steep towards our severity, don%u2019t you.
