Where is my vote?

Background (Preamble):The 2009 Iranian presidential election was held on 12 June 2009 in Iran, the tenth presidential election to be held in the country. The incumbent was Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

The Iranian reform movement attempted to unite behind former Prime Minister Mir-Hossein Mousavi. The turnout was very high with around 85 percent of the electorate voting. Unofficial results from within the interim ministry report Mousavi the absolute winner with 54% of the votes with Mehdi Karoubi and Ahmadinejad with 31% and 13% ranked after Mousavi.

In total denial of Iranian people's choice, the Islamic Republic's officials announced Ahmadinejad to be the winner and Iranians are repressed by military forces.

Petition:

We Iranian people and supporters of democracy and freedom across the world request united nations to condemn the current coup d'%uFFFDtat, support Iranians in their efforts for a fair election and restrain from accepting Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as the next president of Iran.

Dear Secretary General United Nations,

And

To the leaders of the Free World

Over the past 13 months, following the fraudulent Iranian presidential %u201Celections%u201D, the entire world has been witnessing the uprising of the freedom loving people of Iran against deception, injustice and tyranny of the rulers of the Islamic Republic.

The Islamic rulers and the clergy not only have no respect for the will of the Iranian people, but have demonstrated their truly fascist essence by resorting to the most barbaric and inhumane crack downs on people%u2019s peaceful demonstrations.

In their quest for achieving their goal, which is for a free, democratic and secular Iran, thousands of protestors have been brutally assaulted and beaten up and many have been killed in the most vulgar manners during the peaceful rallies in Tehran and other major cities and in KAHRIZAK and other prisons.

Behaviors of the Islamic Republic%u2019s security forces, in time shall be presented to the International Courts of Law as hard evidence in order to bring the perpetrators of these crimes to justice. The ultimate responsibility of these crimes will be put upon the rulers of the regime, in particular, Ahmadinejad & ayatollah Khamanei.

We, the undersigned, draw your immediate attention to the following:

Any State with such measures of brutality and savagery against its own people cannot possibly be tolerated and hence be worthy of recognition by the world community.

At these critical moments, the Iranian people need the support of the world community who has been watching the ongoing events & brutal acts against the people of Iran.

The Islamic Republic of Iran has been and continues to be in gross and intolerable violation of all international conventions to which they are party to and have been signatory to adhere to.

The world community should not possibly consider the Islamic Republic%u2019s government as the true and legitimate representative of the great Iranian nation.

We demand the United Nations to expel the Islamic Republic of Iran from the United Nations and void its membership in protest for its blatant violation of human rights in Iran. There are hundreds of undeniable pictures and video clips to substantiate this fact.

Equally well, we ask all the Free States and governments of the world to expel the Islamic Republic%u2019s so called %u201CDiplomats%u201D from their countries and to close down its embassies in their respective countries to show their denunciation of Islamic Republic%u2019s inhumane behavior against its people. We demand freezing of their accounts in all foreign banks as all that money belongs to Iranian people & should be preserved for the future of Iran.

We also ask you to help us support the legitimate demands of the freedom seeking people of Iran.

Since June of 2009, many Iranians have been arrested, tortured and violently killed by the fraud government of Ahmadinejad supported by Khamanei. We expect the free world community to stand beside the Iranian people during these critical times and to show their support for their freedom seeking struggle during these decisive moments.

We ask UN to demand freedom of all prisoners in KAHRIZAK and other political prisons. Many have been detained since June 12 2009 election. These detainees are innocent and they have no one to defend them against the Islamic government of Iran. We count on your help.

Thank you for taking the time to read our letter.

Sincerely,
