Spain: Harsher penalties for Galgo killers needed!!!

A few days ago I watched a video of a kind of illegal Galgo cimetary in Spain, there´ve been several killed Galgo dogs lying around, some were packed in trashbags, others were lying on the bare ground, and there´ve also been some Galgo bones in that area, this is cruel and barbaric, Spain needs harsher penalties for Galgo killers!!!
