A homeless dog was intentionally tied to the rear of a public bus in Rio de Janeiro.The author of the crime is said to be  the bus driver, who works for a local bus company named Pegasus. The bus company denies.The poor animal was dragged for over 20 minutes.Brazil is known by its careless approach to animal abuse. Please help us to put whoever did this in jail for a considerable time. Things like that cannot remain unpunished in this country. We want a full investigation on this crime.We need serious measures and harsh punishment to animal abuse in Brazil
