Stop Injustice in British Courts! Stop the abuse of Power by British Judges.

Judges decided that London Probation were right in NOT FOLLOWING THEIR OWN PROCEDURES in my particular case, i.e, put a criteria not to be sick for morethan 4 days in any 3 months or face the sack even though they knew I suffer from a disability illness ignoring the usual laid down procedures.  Judges also earlier advised that I put two claims separately, i.e., separate the Injury matter from the disability discrimination and lodge it in a county or high court.  Only for the County court Judge to agree the request of London Probation Trust lawyers that case be struck out because of "abuse of process", arguing that the two cases should have been heard together.  The questions that begs for answers are:  Can two claims of similar facts but varied EFFECTS be lodged separately in two different courts?  Also can an unfair disability dismissal case fail even though one's employers caused sickness or aggravated it; they decide to sack you on the grounds of Capability while an injury Claim succeeds on the same facts if case is heard or probed into properly?  What happened in my case is that Judges claimed because the job made me ill; after my employers failed to support me with the right worktools for nearly 8 years of being employed, they were right to dismiss me first in 2008 which I appealed and won and got reinstated only to be sacked again in Sept 2010; which I did not appeal but took court action.  The Unfair dismissal case failed and the court would not allow the Injury they caused me to be heard because as far as he was concerned, the case should have been heard by the Employment Tribunal?  Is that justice.  Or is it because I am a Black and Ethnic Minority person? Or ist is because London Probation Trust is a government institution and would not want to lose such a case?  I need answers and will grow old looking for it

Update #19 years ago
On top of the injustice, I have been fined £5000 to pay to my former employers and their lawyer insisted that it is to "STOP ME FROM BRINGING FURTHER CLAIMS TO THE COURTS"...How intimidating is that? Show of power and white supremacy in the British Courts...that is how I feel.
