Demand an end to use of herbicides in residential areas

Residents of Northern Wisconsin were issued postcards in the mail announcing the East Central Energy power company has hired out of state Lake States Tree Service to spray herbicides on the right of way for brush control. This is not only unnecessary as townships budget for brush removal with their road maintenance, it is dangerous to wildlife and vegetable gardens.
