stop fireworks in people gardens

I hate this time of year people dont think about the stress they are putting dogs and cats through with the loud bangs and i have a dog that is so scared he pants and panics i cant be seeing that i think fireworks only should be at displays not in garden or anywhere they can let them off

I am asking for this to stop as its unfair on these poor dogs and cats . people go way over the top with them like start letting them off at 5 pm and dont stop till early hours of the morning. Its disrespectful to the people who are in bed and to the poor animals
