STOP the "Gang" Vests at Disneyland!!!

There is a wide-spread issue at Disneyland Resort.  Though the clothing guidelines states that gang attire / patches are not permitted, however that's exactly what is represented on the Disney "Social Club" vests.  A lot of them come into the park and ruin the Guest experience for everyone else.  They have an off-putting presence and are often rude to Cast Members and other Guests.  

Many Guest end up leaving becasue they are disgusted or intimidated by these groups.  THey would be a lot less intrusive if we were simply able to prevent them from wearing their gang-type vests.
