WE THE UNDERSIGNED believe all incarcerated individuals in the United States should receive increased protections with the installation of remotely-monitored CCTV distributed to distant locations and/or stored in secure remote computer servers for safe storage and/or oversight by the federal government.

Too many people experience bad treatment at the hands of law enforcement while being held in United States jails and prisons; therefore let us keep that abuse to an absolute minimum by allowing remote federal oversight.
