Force Insurance companies to cover Cannabidiols (CBDs) for chronic pain sufferers across Canada

Narcotics (like Percocet, Oxycodone) have been covered by all insurance companies for many decades for chronic pain. But narcotics have bad side effects to liver/kidney function if used constantly, and are highly addictive. In fact, the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons and the Canadian Medical Association want to stop doctors from prescribing any narcotics to anyone. Only patients suffering from cancer.
Cannabidiols (CBDs) has proven highly effective in treating people who suffer from chronic pain, back pain, MLS, and a myriad of other serious health issues. It is supplied as a capsule or a spray.

The stigma that this is only a euphoric 'gateway drug' must be eliminated. In fact, CBD capsules have most if not all THC removed, letting the patient feel better without feeling dizzy or mentally clouded.
If you were suffering daily from chronic pain, wouldn't you want a healthier alternative than an addictive and organ-killing chemical narcotic?
Ontario and Alberta insurance companies are already covering some forms of this medical option. Make this CANADA-WIDE for all Canadians.
