Create an international group to promote R&D

We use a lot of technology and we are undoubtly rapidly developing. This is our chance to speed this up so we can create technology which can aid us all

NATO for example is a group of countries which because of this can get close. However NATO is based on military and wars but what we need is something based on improving: an internation R&D group

Now What this means for us
1: A lot more jobs for those skilled and unskilled
2: More education chances which will lead children to be smarter and learn more
3: A safe environment where we do not suffer these hot weather disasters
4: A large co operation between international countries allowing space for more language jobs

The means to do this would require a lot of taxes both on the rich and poor mainly on those who can afford it and fine criminals instead of putting them just in prison

We should be, even if we do not do this, using at least 5% of our GDP in this area and invest quite heavily on trade

I think that this is not an urgent matter but we may lose the chance to becomee great again like how our British Empire was in terms of finance but we will be better
