Stop The Trap House

My neighbor has a house connected to mine and want to open it up for criminals and drug addicts to live in. It is creating a dangerous environment in an already dangerous neighborhood. The block is infested with drug dealers and shootings every month. The corner has a liquor store with a gang of people standing in front of. Now the envisable neighbors want to create at trap house on my property. This "TRAP" house is not fair to the neighborhood or the children.
