I think people should sign my petition itis in the best interests of our pets anyone who has a animal that is afraid of fireworks will understand my concern I think the council should have times loted to put of fireworks for Canada Day and also for New Years Eve I love me some fireworks dont get me wrong but there should be a time in which everyone is aware this past new years eve the fireworks began as early as 6pm and continued on well after 2am and than people were setting them off at any given time in the days that followed. So for the piece of mind of our Pets and us as owners I would appreciate you signing this petition Thank You 

Dear Conception Bay South Town Council

I am sending out a petition in regards to A time limited on setting of fireworks this will help Dog/Cat any animal affected by fireworks that are being set of at any given time through out the year .My main goal is for you to put a regulation on this act.  I do completey understand that people with children set them off earlier for the kids and I would love if you could add a time for the kids as well ,a regulated time would help us as a community and Pet owners to get their pets in the house and ready for the fireworks so that nothing bad occures to them.Animals get disoreanted and stressed when the fireworks are happening because they dont understand what is going on and may animals have went missing or ran off by getting a fright over this. I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my petition and hopefully with your help we can come to a compromise that will suit everyone in a positive way
